My Wife's Husband is written by one of the more prolific and widely translated contemporary Croatian playwrights, Miro Gavran. This was first performed in 1991. The play has been adapted to this age by Team SoLiD, directed by Megha Herur.
This is a story of love and fights. There is love between a husband and wife...and there’s love between the wife and her second husband! Two men, one woman entangled in a complex and comical love story. Who finally wins this tug-of-war?

Director
With a passion for breaking the norm, Megha Herur’s theatrical journey has been punctuated with some diverse acting, directing and coordinating various aspects of theater productions.
Herur has acted in several plays since 2012 in the Bay Area and even prior in India. Her debut was a dance-drama called Roopa Viroopa, a Beauty and the Beast adaptation. She’s performed in well-known regional and English plays Yayati, Rabdi and Nothing Like That among others.
Herur has worked with many theater groups here in the Bay Area and also from India. She has been a part of theater workshops and Improv theater.
Megha Herur
Herur is trained in Yakshagana, a popular and specialized form of folk theater that combines song dance and dialogue, with usually a moral at the end of the performance. She’s performed many female and male roles in this art form, showcasing her spectrum as an artiste.
A good play has a strong director at the helm. Herur has experience in directing plays for kids.
Herur aims to connect-inspire-transform people through SoLiD theater. It is a platform where new ideas thrive and artistes from different aspects of theater be it directing, writing, stage design and all else can fulfill their passion in this magical art form.
